Meet our expert trainer: Fi Pascall

My aim is give everyone the opportunity to get fit, stay fit and enjoy the process. Fitness training should fit neatly into your life, reflect your needs and boost your general wellbeing.

I have had a life long obsession with all things health and fitness. I gained a degree in Sport and Exercise Science (Bsc) in 2012, then moved straight into the fitness industry where I started teaching Pilates in 2013.

I’ve been personal training since 2016, during this time I have developed a training method that combines fat-burning, strength, cardio, power and Pilates that can be tailored to anyone’s needs.

My fitness plans will make you look great, feel fantastic and develop a lasting relationship with health and fitness.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

FAQ

On signing up to the plan, you’ll receive a welcome pack including a lifestyle questionnaire requiring information about you, your current health and fitness level and what you’re hoping to getout of the plan. Your plan will be drawn up based on your answers giving you a challenging but achievable plan.

You will have access to a Facebook members “Bubble” where you will get regular advice from Fi, have the opportunity to ask Fi anything you like in the public forum or privately. You’ll also give and receive support from everyone else in the Bubble.

No, you can do each session whenever it suits you, and as many times as you like.

No. The plan is designed to be done at home or in a gym. You do not need any equipment although some of the workouts will have an option to use dumbbells or other weights (water bottles can always be used instead of weights). You will need floor space and something soft on the floor for mat work, a carpet, a mat or a towel will be sufficient.

The plan includes 4 sessions each week, plus extra targeted and stretch sessions if you want to do more. The sessions range from 20minutes to 1 hour including warm ups and cool downs. The duration of sessions will vary depending on your level and the type of session, and some will gradually increase throughout the programme.

Unfortunately not. This plan is not designed to be done during pregnancy.

Once you’re back to full health after giving birth we can absolutely make a plan that suits you but please check with your GP or medical professional before signing up to make sure they are happy that you’re ready.

Absolutely, the plan can be done alongside any other training, just be aware of getting enough rest so your muscles can recover and build.

Really amazing classes, I saw an improvement in only a few sessions!I went with a bad back thathad been troubling me for months; Fiona gave me a postural assessment and was really confident that she could help me. Even after I felt so much better I kept going to Fiona’s classes because not only do I feel a difference in my posture but I can see the difference in how much more toned my body is. Fiona is a really personable instructor, genuinely caring about the people in her class and very enthusiastic about Pilates, healthy living and nutrition. She’s really popular in her sessions because she takes the time to get to know peoples individual needs, requirements or ailments and works really hard to make sure everyone enjoys their class. She’s just a really lovely person and a brilliant Pilates instructor.
I strongly recommend Fiona. She’s really supportive And does things at your pace and will adapt accordingly. She gives you the time of day and all the support that you need with more things than just fitness. It is under the guidance of Fiona and her PT that I never would have achieved without her support and encouragement, her encouragement alone will get you along way
